There are several ways to find your next opportunity at Autodesk:
When you upload your résumé or create a profile, we use AI-powered job recommendations to show you jobs that may be relevant to you based on information such as your profile, experience, interests, and skills. You may see a Relevance Score of Highly Relevant, Relevant, or Not Relevant. It does not automatically select or reject you for a role, guarantee any outcome, or determine whether you’ll move forward in the hiring process. It also isn’t a measure of your performance or potential.
Our recruiters and hiring managers remain responsible for reviewing applications, evaluating candidates against the requirements of each role, and making decisions about who advances through the hiring process. AI-powered job recommendations and Relevance Scores are designed to support your job search – not to make, recommend, or substantially influence any decision about your application or candidacy. Think of it as a helpful guide for discovering opportunities – not a decision about whether you’re qualified or should apply.
If a role interests you, we encourage you to review the job description and decide if it feels right for you, regardless of the Relevance Score.
Autodesk uses AI-assisted tools to help connect candidates with relevant opportunities and support our recruiting teams, but our recruiting and hiring teams exercise their own human judgment when reviewing candidates and making hiring decisions. Please see our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information on how we handle candidate information.

The interview process helps us get to know you, and helps you learn about our people, culture, and business. We’ll ask about your skills and experience, and you can ask us questions as well. Be prepared to tell us about your achievements and the value you could bring to Autodesk.
In a typical interview process, you will first meet with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. Next, you may also be asked to take a functional assessment. After that, you will meet with an interview team, typically 3-4 people.
Timing may vary based on role and location, so we suggest you speak with the recruiter for details specific to a particular role.
We do not typically provide specific interview feedback, but we make sure to update candidates on their status as soon as possible after the last interview.
First and foremost: Be yourself! Make sure your resume is up to date and aligns with the role you’re applying for. Show how your skills and previous experiences make you a great fit for the position. We also suggest learning about our Culture Guide, One ORBIT, and speaking to the values that mean the most to you.

At Autodesk, we value ingenuity and encourage thoughtful use of technology – including AI. AI tools can be helpful as you prepare for your interview, whether you’re researching Autodesk, practicing questions, or organizing your thoughts.
During interviews and assessments, though, we want to hear from you and understand your own skills, experiences, and perspective. Unless we tell you otherwise, please complete interviews and assessments without real-time assistance from AI tools or other people. If a particular assessment allows or requires the use of AI or other tools, we’ll let you know.
Most importantly, represent your skills and experience honestly throughout the hiring process. Using unauthorized assistance or misrepresenting your skills, experience, or work may result in removal from the hiring process.
Reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities are available and considered on a case-by-case basis. If you require a reasonable accommodation to participate in the hiring process, please contact accessibility@autodesk.com.

Roles that are remote will be clearly mentioned as such in the job description. Most of our roles are open to being hybrid. We suggest speaking with your recruiter or hiring manager for more information.
For hybrid roles, we do not have a set number of days you need to be in the office – it will vary by team. We believe in-person experiences are crucial to collaboration, innovation, and our connection to one another, so we make sure leaders and teams have the tools they need to adapt to hybrid work, meet with purpose, and come together in-person for collaboration, team building, and celebrations.
We are proud to offer a competitive benefits package to full-time employees, including time away, health insurance, retirement benefits, and support for everyday living. Benefits vary by location; view U.S. benefits information here.
There are many ways to develop skills and grow your career at Autodesk, from online courses, instructor-led classes, and a learning community, to coaching, mentorship, and even individual development plans.

You’ll also learn where to find news and other information, get technical support, and network with fellow new hires. And be sure to keep an eye on your mailbox for some fun Autodesk swag!
At Autodesk, belonging is part of how we work together. Through One ORBIT, our culture guide, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives make us stronger and everyone can feel welcome, heard, and respected.
We bring that commitment to life through our everyday behaviors, development programs, and employee-led Employee Belonging Groups (EBGs), which create opportunities for Autodeskers to connect around shared interests, backgrounds, and experiences. Our EBGs are open to all employees and help strengthen connections across our global community.
Ultimately, we want every Autodesker to feel they belong, contribute their unique talents and perspectives, and do their best work as One Autodesk. Learn more about how we foster a global culture of belonging here.
